CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF ANSWERING REQUESTS AND RESPONDING TO REQUESTS

Please note that pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC on Data Protection, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), personal data which we obtain from you through the contact form and which include name, surname, e-mail address and message content shall be processed in accordance with Article 6. par. 1 letter (f) taking into account the reasonable expectations of the parties for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, i. j. for the purpose of answering questions and responding to requests and inquiries sent by the person concerned. The period during which your personal data will be processed for these purposes is a maximum of 2 (two) months from the date of data collection. Recipients of data for these purposes may be intermediaries - companies that support the operator's internal information technology systems. Providing this information is voluntary. The data subject is also entitled to file a complaint against TUJANET s.r.o. to the control body - the Office for Personal Data Protection, Hraničná 12, 820 07, Bratislava 27 (office website: www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
